Terms and Conditions

  • There are only 15 onsite stands available in Gauteng and Western Cape, excluding the Table Tops for Associations.
  • The Anchor Exhibitor will have the first choice to choose a space.
  • All exhibition packages are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • International Exhibitors must note that South African legislation requires a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT), included in all pricing, where applicable. The stated amounts must reflect in the conference bank account after all bank charges.
  • The quorum of attendees and the decision to continue or cancel the event is at the absolute discretion of the Conference Organisers.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own public liability and other insurances.
  • You agree to adhere to the venue’s safety, medical, and general building-use rules.
  • The Conference Organisers are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the exhibitor or sponsor in its fulfilment of exhibiting at the event.
  • A conference user manual will be supplied by the stand builders.
  • A virtual package is available for the Online Conference being held in 2026.
