Registration Process

• Please click the registration link above.
• To register, you must first create a new account with your email address and a password. This account will allow you to access and update your registration information at any time.
• Student fee: You must upload your student card to qualify. Registration cannot be completed without it.
• Community Service Practitioner fee: You must upload your HPCSA practitioner card to qualify. Registration cannot be completed without it.
• Group bookings: Discounted rates apply. Please email the conference secretariat for a template. Email: rehabconnekt@allevents.co.za
• Please note: This is a Non-Profit Company (NPC).
• Billing details: (not personal/home address). Ensure the correct billing address is entered during registration.

Payment Terms

• All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR) within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
• Any short payments caused by bank charges or exchange rate differences will be charged to the participant.
• Payments may also be made immediately using the online payment portal.

Payment Deadlines

• For discounted registration fees (e.g., Early Bird), if payment is not received by the deadline, the Secretariat reserves the right to apply the next fee level.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

• If the conference is cancelled by the organisers, all fees will be refunded within 60 days, minus a 25% administration fee.
• If a delegate cancels:
• More than 120 days before the conference: 25% penalty applies.
• 119–60 days before the conference: 50% penalty applies.
• 59–30 days before the conference: 75% penalty applies.
• Less than 29 days before the conference: 100% penalty applies.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Delegates agree to adhere to venue safety, medical, and general building-use rules.
• The organisers are not liable for any damage or injury to persons or property during the staging of Conference 2026.
• The organisers are not liable for any losses if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control, including war, riots, coup d’état, armed resistance, overthrow of government, or severe weather.
• Delegates agree to conduct themselves professionally and respect presenters and colleagues.
• By completing the registration form, you consent to the RehabConnekt Team accessing your personal information for internal use.
• By completing the registration form, you provide permission for your contact details to be shared only with exhibitors and sponsors supporting the conference.
